Customer Service was impecable. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. There was some confusion during the ordering process but GOGO Meds staff was curteous and patient and resolved the question. Fast service. I wouldn't have been able to have this medication without them.

Dear Money Saved, Thank you for the great review! You are a prime example of why we started this company. To serve the country with reliable, quick and affordable pharmacy care. Online service which is convenient to all, allowing one location to serve all 50 states. In the future, we will be adding just one more pharmacy in Nevada to serve the west with as quick of service as the east side of the country. We are still very quick to the western states being centrally located in Cincinnati, OH. Since we don’t have the expense of thousands of retail locations like our chain competitors, we can save prescription customers hundreds and in your case thousands of dollars. Thanks for helping our online cloud pharmacy become the future of medication service for the whole country. We are truly the Netflix of pharmacy. Have a great holiday weekend and never wait in a pharmacy line again! Thanks for using us. Ron RPh

Had a script sent in from doctor and after over a week didn’t receive anything, called GoGo Meds and they informed me my insurance wouldn’t cover it. I never got a phone call to let me know that so I could decide if I was going to pay for it or not. The excuse was they had a lot of orders, well in over a weeks time someone should have been able to contact me. My first experience was not so pleasant with GoGo Meds.

Dear Lisa, 8/26/19 3:08pm Sorry for the delay - it took longer than expected to verify insurance coverage for your plan and medication. It’s typically quicker and in the future we will work hard to ensure that’s the case. Thanks Ron RPh
