This company exceeded my expectations. My dermatologist recommended it after my insurance didn’t want to cover Epiceram RX. I only paid $20 for the pump!

refill processed quickly without issue

I placed a refill order on 10/31/18 but as of 11/6, had not received it. I called Customer Service andxwas told that on 11/2 my scrip had been denied by my treating physician. I was never notified that this had happened so I couldn't help pursue the matter from my end (call the doctor, etc.) Apparently, my physician had denied the refill scrip for some reason but again, I wasn't notified by GGM. To add insult to injury, there was a note in the system to follow-up with me on 11/6 but this also failed to happen. At this point, I'm several days out of one of my medications and only a few days away from running out of the other. Had I known there was an issue with the order, I could have taken steps to help remedy things. This is the second of two orders I've placed so far with GoGoMeds, and neither have gone smoothly. Regrettably, I'll likely be returning to my old pharmacy for future refill needs.

I am pleased with how they reached out to me promptly after my physician sent in my script. I am very satisfied how quick and efficient my script was filled and delivered. I am.glad to be a part of this company.

When checking on order I was given incorrect info was told only part of order was sent, was later told that was incorrect and the whole order was shipped. I asked who the prescriber was and was given wrong info. Did get the shipment, thank you. Hope medication is up to standard.

I was on the website looking for the refill option and had some problems, and gave up for the day. The next morning I received a call from a service representative asking if I’d like to refill my prescription! Perfect timing!....how did they know? Thanks!!

Doctor made a mistake in the script. It did not match my history. Instead of filling it, they called me. I called the Doctor and he called them and corrected it. This saved time and money. Excellent service and price can't be beat!
