It took more time…
It took more time than seemed necessary: PCP visit on May 1 led to receipt of meds on May 19. The order arrived and was accurate and complete.

Dear C Douglas, You will probably find the refills are quicker. A total of 18 days is on the outside edge of our full process time depending on the delivery time from USPS. We usually fill most orders within 24 hours. Thanks, Ron RPh

Great mail order med compamy
Go Go Meds was incredibly quick to contact us after getting a medication referral from my son's doctor. They filled it immediately, and we received it within two days of speaking to them. We experienced great customer service with them.

Customer service is ALWAYS fabulous
Customer service is ALWAYS fabulous! Every representative is helpful, responsive, and respectful. GoGo Meds reaches out to my dr whenever there is a need for refills. The continuity in care when rx changes is seemless

Customer service is top notch
I had an issue with my last order and placed my review. I had a follow up call from the manager, Jay, and the issue was resolved immediately. That was the first time that I had an issue. It is a great company with a great benefit
