I don't have to worry about running out of meds. Also, they are prompt about letting me know when i am going to run out of refills. When i have called, i have been very impressed at the desire to help me.

I like that I have the option for automatic refills. I do not like how many different tabs and steps are necessary to start a new prescription fill, though. I also don't want an email for every step of an order. I would rather get a link to my order and see it as a line with dots for each of the steps it goes through. Prescription received, order requested, order checked by pharmacy, order shipped, click here for Tracking number. I wouldn't mind getting the email with the Tracking number. That kind of email lets me know to be checking my mailbox.
