well organized site; quick order process.

They tell you on website preorder now for memorial day weekend so you pay the money the tske your money then they tell you it will be 3 or 4 weeks backorder. They should be upfront and honest about delay. Secondly I email them to ask a question and I get a one word response. To be that is terrible customer service. I cancelled order and will never order from here.

I was really disappointed that after placing my order. I could not get a person on the phone to discuss an unclear issue with an email I received after the order was completed.

Not happy with service Horrible no kne to talk on phone when u ask question for help u get no where and no were did it state on site item back ordered should of been on description Not avail i should get a discount or some free stuff Not my fault item description wasnt correct now i gotta wait 3 weeks after i was mis lead from item description And how come u have no phone support ???? 👎👎

I have received only part of my order, but was charged for the whole amount. Multiple attempts at getting an update on the status of my remaining items have gone unanswered. I’m getting ready to pursue legal actions as taking people’s money and not providing the product is fraud

Sent a text message for support and after 2 weeks with no answer, I sent an email and going on 2 weeks again with still no response.
