Great experience. Love our go karts. Would have liked better communication but understandable in the time of covid and closures.

Website is easy and informative. Very frustrating that you cannot talk to a customer service rep before making such a large purchase. This is a review of their website and ordering procedures only as the Karts have not shipped yet.

Carbrator leaks gas talked to mechanic he said the floats are sticking cant fix it cuz he cant tear carbrator apart to get to the floats cuz there riveted not bolted

They were extremely helpful about getting a part to us that we wanted before our son left for boot camp!! Their service is above and beyond! Bonus that they are a company in America:)

No customer service

HUGE amount of "Fine Print" and way too many hoops to jump through. Then, after all that, the next day I got an automated email telling me the item I ordered was "Sold Out" with no explanation, like, is it ever going to be restocked and if so, when? Then, if I wanted to inquire I had to open an account and submit an email request for information. This just isn't worth all the messing around. I'm not buying a house or applying for a high level security clearance! All very impersonal. If that isn't bad enough, I was bait and switched to this website by a picture of a Bonanza/Hodaka minibike for a great price. After wading through everything I found out that one wasn't for sale and the price posted was for just a rolling frame. Pretty sneaky.
