The website is great, but I tried to call and talk to someone about the parts I was looking for. The guy that I talked to for a short period of time before he hung up on me was rude and not acting like he cared what I was talking about. He kept telling me "without having your go kart here in front of me I can't help you!" I knew what I was looking for but I just wanted to verify that was the right part, but he just kept giving me the same response about not having the go kart in front of him.
