Very smooth transition from traditional ira to gold ira

These people are the worst outfit that I ever dealt with. Absolutely a bunch of crooks. They liquidated my metals for their fees that were more than 2500.00 Just a rotten bunch of people. I never authorized anyone to take hands full of money from my IRA I would never do business with them again

Outrageous fees

I have been trying to liquidate my account since last year; mainly due to their excessive fee's. I get a runaround. They send me Docusign forms which I sign and submit and nothing gets done. All I want is them to sell my assets and cut me a check. Meanwhile the stall game costs me more fee's as they delay now for over 7 months, and now they sent me another bill.

Good luck trying to get someone to answer the phone in a timely manner. Prepare to be on hold for at least 10 - 20 minutes. I called them today because I got a late payment letter from them for the second (or possibly the third) time and never got the original invoices. Each late letter includes a $50 late fee. Their response was "We verified your address and we sent them." I then suggested they send me my invoices certified because I am not getting them. Their response was "If we send it certified, there is a $50 fee." They also claim they send out account inventories every quarter of which I have only received two in the last year. While I had them on the phone, I asked about a partial IRA withdrawal that I requested over three weeks ago that they wasted no time cashing my check (which included over $100 in fees to process). I was put on hold for over 5 minutes and finally told it should be processed in 24 -48 hours and sent by FedEx. Not happy at all with this company.

I can’t log in. I know I have a new account and I’ve tried “forgot my login ID” and I tried “forgot my password” and the emails I get say I don’t exist. That’s very scary since my money was transferred to you.
