I'm new with Gold Star Trust not enough experience yet.

The transfer of metals dragged on due to the account at the Depository was not opened when Equity Institutional went to move it.

Likes: no financial accounting mistakes Dislikes: 1. Communications are terrible; customer is not notified when a structured settlement matures and not notified when a new one is added. 2. when funds are sent via ACH to my bank, they lumped together and not itemized to identify which structured settlements have paid out. 3. Telephone wait times are unreasonably long; I think you need to hire more people and train them better. Geoffrey M. Brittin

Do not like their website not being up to date. I was told you must call to find out your investment amount. Fees are oddly invoiced. You should be able to know everyday the true amount of your investment.

I had to call you several times before I was able to find out if you received my check for $55,960

This is my first time to do business with GoldStar. Everyone has been very helpful and polite. I had a little trouble getting my fees paid bc what I was told would happen was done differently. I was to pay the fees separately w my Credit Card, but the fees were paid from my cash funds transferred. It took a few phone calls and emails to straighten it out but eventually got it taken care of. Just a little more complicated than expected.

Way too many emails. One a day should be plenty...I think I was getting 3-4 a day.

I just checked my account. I gave GodStar $14k to buy precious metal IRA. I only have a little over $10k in IRA? I don't know what happened?
