The transaction experience was fine.

So, for some reason, the money was waiting to be shifted to Goldstar for about 1 month. I was called and asked by the Goldstar office to contact the fund distributor ... was sent on a wild goose chase, until after the 4th person and second call, was told that they were waiting for Goldstar. I then called Goldstar and after a few minutes of explaining what I knew, they took it from there. After that, everything worked.

Would have given a five star rating, but called with a question and the person who answered the phone couldn't answer it and couldn't transfer me to someone who could answer it. It was regarding taxes during transfer of funds.

Payment was on time and for the correct amount.

You did a great job but I would like a brake down of how much and what I have got for my money..

In all but one occasion we received excellent help and assistance in member services. As a new member we are pleased with Gold Star Trust.

Your staff are knowlegdgeable, pleasant and professional in dealing with me. I only give 4 star because its still early to assume. I want to see more of what you guys can offer as far as services. Thank you so much

The people that I spoke with were very polite and informative. They sounded knowledgeable about their products (I was not). I hope that we made the best decisions.
