Golf Anything OutletReviews of golfanything.com

Bought some New Balance golf shoes on year end clearance. Great price, no refunds, no exchanges. I ordered 9.5 as this is my normal size and I never have issues. These shoes were so small, I could not get my foot into them. There is no way they were 9.5. I had to give them to a friend who wears size 8. They fit him perfectly. Money wasted. The company must have known these were not sized correctly but there was no information about this during the ordering process.

I had membership and free shipping and returns which automatically renew. I canceled and store say refunded but not happened for 3month. No one reply and The customer service has been terrible, and I am frustrated with the lack of aftersales support.

I ordered shirts worth over $600, but due to the ongoing Canadian postal strike, there has been no delivery. The company will not issue a refund, and I had to contact my bank for assistance. They informed me that I needed to wait until the strike was over to receive my items. The customer service has been terrible, and I am frustrated with the lack of aftersales support.

Gfore golf shoes at a fantastic price. Shipped quickly like usual. I already own the shoes and I know the size I need in this shoe. It is half a size bigger than my other golf shoes but I have a narrow foot and they fit really well. I am a long time satisfied customer of Golf Anything and received no incentive for this review. I appreciate my membership and love sharing Golf Anything with my friends. I buy online regularly and also enjoy the retail store front when I want to check out new brands and I am uncertain of the fit or style or just say Hello to Paul.

Shipping is quick and they are legitimate. They lose major points for spamming the hell out of you - sometimes 3 or 4 emails a day.

Wrong products shipped - Peter Millar 1/4 zip and vest in medium rather than XXL as ordered, Returned and no credit or refund provided. Another order (Peter Millar hoodie) - unshipped or delivered after five weeks. Upshot is no products, no credit, no refunds and out $600 after multiple emails and even direct contact with owner Paul, who promised to get back by end of day (did not) and complete crickets when I tried following up with him the next day- incomprehensibly terrible customer service and apparently just scammed.

I requested a cancellation within 5 minutes of placing the order, but it took over two months to receive a refund. I sent multiple emails and messages regarding this issue, and I am very disappointed with the customer service.

Received a Donald Ross Polo that says L and it’s absolutely massive and doesn’t come close to fitting. I’ve worn L shirts for 30 years and this one is at least a XXL. I’ve left multiple telephone messages and emails and absolutely zero reply. I’m not even looking for a refund, just a properly sized shirt. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THE GOLF ANYTHING WEBSITE!
