I worked with Cheyenne and she has been so courteous, professional, nice from the beginning. Kudos Cheyenne! Kudos also the Sophia the front desk! I hope that you get a lot of commendations for your hard work.

Best company to work with!! Makes everything quick and easy and all the employees have been patient and kind. Would highly recommend!

Everyone on the management team handled the leasing process with professionalism.

Canny was amazingly helpful in me getting into my apartment. She was super understanding and patient while I gathered all my documents/paperwork ready. Not to mention, my super, Indri is one hell of a guy. I love my apartment and everyone that was involved in my process of getting it.

Cheyenne has been amazing! So responsive and efficient. Love working with her.

I enjoyed the leasing process. It was much smoother than the last couple of management companies I have dealt with.

Having worked with the K&R team through my recent lease signing and move-in, I have to say the process could not have been easier. Highly professional and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend K&R.

I live at 260 West 26th Street. People at K&R are extremely professional and friendly. The move in could not have been smoother! Incredible service! I highly recommend this place!
