Was disappointed that the product was no longer available

i ordered a pair of rayban last friday, and i was not able to receive a confirmation from the courrier if they have received it or not, i sent an email to their customer service and joanne promptly responded giving me the tracking number, and she also provided information on the curent location of my order.. very good customer service and will definitely order from them again for my husband soon...

Placed my order on a Thursday morning was worried they wouldn't arrive in time for Fathers Day which was 10 days away. To my surprise they arrived that Saturday- 2 days later. I would absolutely buy from them again.

The process was quick and efficient. I would order from here again because I got my product within a week of ordering it

I had a pair of these sunglasses many years ago. Someone stole them from me and I was not able to find another pair until recently. Actually I just used my old ones until they fell apart, the Avaitors. I recently started looking for these and found them at a few sites. I bought these from Gooden's for a better price than most and I just felt that this was a good company to deal with. Yes I like everything about these sunglasses. Thank You, Kenneth

The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is due to the time it took to ship them. I placed my order and soon got a message saying they were coming from overseas and would take 7 to 10 days to reach gooddens before the could ship to me. Their communication regarding this and offer to refund if I didn't want to wait was good customer service, I'm happy

Pricing was great. Selection was great. Shipping was faster than stated in the confirmation. Very satisfied!!
