Excellent help finding a new member of our family!

Good Dog was a good experience. The site was easy to use and I was able to find several reputable breeders in my area. I was able to get in contact with a breeder pretty quickly and am now picking up a puppy in a little over a month. I like that the breeder's can tell us about them and that there's a responsible breeder badge to certify that you aren't buying from a puppy mill. Good Dog is transparent about how they vet the sellers on their site and I spent time reading through their guidelines. I appreciated that a representative from Good Dog reached out to check how everything was going and was there to answer any questions and to offer tips. I would recommend this to anyone who's looking to buy a dog.

The puppy I had arranged to buy died and good dog shorted my refund 45 dollars. I complained and they gave me 25 of it back. The transaction ended by no fault of mine so a full FULL refund should have been issued.

I was so hesitant to shop for a puppy online for the fear of being scammed. I read some reviews on Good Dog and it seemed like a legitimate website. Good Dog was helpful in providing names and contact information for the breed of dog I was researching. They had several options.

We have used Good Dog for 3 litters. It is very convenient for us and our potential puppy buyers to use. The one time we had to call customer service, they were pleasant and extremely helpful.
