Ordered medication that was never shipped (2 weeks now). First complaint generated 10 messages about my prescription but nothing about the lack of delivery. Second complaint produced conflicting messages about "sending to another pharmacy" and "we expedited it" and promises of "more information in 3-5 days" at which point it will have been 3 weeks since they were supposed to have shipped it. Only after complaining did they tell me that under no circumstances, including their failure to ship, will they refund amounts charged to my credit card since their pharmacist has provided the service of analyzing my order.
