Very helpful

I had to wait 5 days to get 1 of my prescriptions.

I am dissatisfied. I was out of town and needed a medication immediately. Their website states clearly, it will be at the pharmacy within 1-2 hours. After 2 1/2 hours of waiting, I cancelled my order for a full refund but they refused. They said it was because the order was already placed despite the pharmacy NOT ever receiving it.

This is a legit service. I had tooth pain that required antibiotics, submitted my info and received confirmation that my prescription was filled within 2 hours. They even helped to correct my pharmacy pickup location after I learned they were closed. They were very responsive by changing the order within 15 minutes, allowing me to pick up just before closing time that night! Highly recommend Good MDs.
