My customer service representative Alexia was wonderful she walked me through the process that is used in determining the price of prescriptions she also gave me some clarifications on a recent transaction and was so helpful that I couldn't thank her enough. She was patient and very very kind I recommend that if you have any problems to call the 800 number because their customer service is outstanding.

The drugstore refused to take the coupon for GoodRX so I gave them a call.They are very courteous and helpful.They called the drugstore to inquire why they would not take the coupon.The story was the vendor was a different one and the price was higher.The story from the drugstore differed enough to make you not trust them at all.GoodRX did all they could to make the situation right.
