Good experience, but….
I have no issues with how me time was spent or the services I received, when it come to canceling services the need to send and email for call in to speak with a representative is odd given that everything to sign-up and receive services can be done without speaking to anyone

They charged me $39 a month for no services rendered. Deceptive practices and terrible service.

Price posted was not honored
Price posted was not honored. I now have to find time to call to find out why. All other communication has been in texting and email. I cannot understand why the change.
