I haven't given Gooten enough of my business. That is about to change. Not only do they make sure the quality of your product is top notch, but when asking a question about the production time or any other question, you are given a clear and quick response from the customer service representatives.

late shipment - with no support Why this order is too late for shipping? I and my customer waited too long. Even though I chose Expedited Shipping. But now it's still not shipped!??? Why? The customer has requested a refund for this order. What do you want me to do? I trusted you and look what you did???? They said 0 - 6 days and now it's 10 days and it hasn't shipped

I have not signed up with Gooten yet because they require you to have an online shop first before they will partner with you. However, so far the customer service I received have been very helpful, kind and friendly.
