I am a new store owner on Etsy and have just begun using Gooten as one of my production partners. So far all is well. I must say that customer service is exceptional. Shipping has been ok too. Thank you Gooten for helping me understand how things work with production partners. I learned a lot from my errors and you helping by teaching me the correct way to do things.

I only use gooten for woven blankets. They are high quality, colors are good, and are softer than I expected. I'll continue getting blankets from them. Turn around time is about 1-2 weeks. Customer service was very helpful with getting my account set up.

I just started using Gooten maybe 2 months ago. Everything was good until about a month ago when one customer after another was sending photos of bent posters. I now have 5 orders that have arrived with similar damage. The cardboard packaging is obviously causing these issues.
