Never received my socks

Terrible customer service. Placed order 2 weeks before Christmas and obviously didn't get in time. No big deal, but no one would respond to questions about delays. On top of that, and more importantly, the pics were so dark that were printed on the socks you couldn't even tell from over 12inches away what they were! Obviously, no quality check on production. The pics, by the way, were just fine.

Horrible 😠 socks were late.. nobody would communicate with me. I ordered over a month before Christmas AND the socks looked awful… honestly I feel like I deserve my money back..

Never received my order . When I made the order they said I would have them in a week . It has been a month and no sign of them yet .

Ordered a blanket and socks as a Christmas gift, for my son. Our dog had passed a few months back, so this gift was really special. My son LOVED it. The quality was great. Big blanket, not too heavy but keeps my son warm. He lives in Chicago, so this comes in handy. He loved the socks too. PupSocks did a great job. I'm going to order some for me.

ORDERED 12/14, STILL HAVENT RECEIVED BY 1/5.

Was a little disappointed in quality of socks and image. Don’t think I will shop here again.
