I ordered two pairs of socks. One pair came correctly and the other had a dog that I have never seen before. This was not a user error because I uploaded the same photo for both pairs of socks. I reached out to the customer service department and have not heard back from them.

I attempted to order a pair of socks with the faces of our two dogs. The socks arrived with what looks to be silhouettes of a single animals face, not resembling my photos at all. I immediately reached out to customer service and have not received a response.
