Like the quality of the socks and the picture came out great!

I ordered the gift with 2 day shipping or money back guarantee early enough to where they should have arrived the 23rd, after they let me know it was shipped. It got to there the 29th. I contacted customer service to get my money back and no response. Hard enough having to navigate submitting my request, but the picture on the socks is super dark. Waste of money for the shipping and no response from customer service made me think it was a scam. Do not recommend this site, only causes frustration when money is tight.

Received the wrong socks and NOT the ones ordered. Then, subsequently haven’t been able to contact any customer service to either get a refund or figure out how to get my order and return the wrong ones that were sent. Very frustrated and disappointed.

great quality socks! pictures turned out a little darker than expected but they are excellent overall

Cost was a bit expensive but great product....maybe if you offered a big break on price for the 3rd or 4th pair or even a different size we might have gotten more. But my wife loves em.

My blanket came with dark brown/black splotches on it instead of pics of my dog. I sent multiple e-mails and a web-based feedback to you requesting you either re-do my blanket (I will send a lighter pic to possibly rectify the problem), or refund my money. Literally horrible experience and product top to bottom. Ordered 12/9 with delivery date of 12/19. No response to email on 12/19 asking for update (since they hadn't even shipped yet). Shipping label created 12/21 but no shipping progress for days. No response to email 12/23. Delivered 1/3. Literally the most garbage quality. Shiny material, tube shapes (not shaped like a foot) and has a giant seam down the sides of the sock that isn't printed on. Can't even be worn as a joke as they're a $25 throw away product.
