Order was a week late and missed Christmas. Sent two emails and no response from customer service.

Have not received my order about to contact my credit card company . Can you tell me when my order will at my door or mailbox?? ordered before xmas. All other orders i have ordered on line came on time. Not Happy !

I have Never seen my friend smile so much like when he received his pupsocks this Christmas with his dogs face all over them.

They are cute, just now what I expected. I know my dog is black but he has no eyes on the socks…..Just his silhouette.

I never received the socks! I paid extra for the 2-day shipping and was “guaranteed” Christmas delivery…it is now January 4th, AND STILL NO SOCKS. Now my emails to them are coming back undelivered and my ig msg’s unanswered. I’m embarrassed for this company…idk if I’ve EVER been treated worse.

Nice idea, wish the execution was better. I thought I bought a woman's medium. The size that came in was more suited for a man. I bought the the sox on 12/13. They didn't arrive until three days after Xmas. And, my wife found the material irritating to her skin. She won't wear them. Nice idea, but I wish the execution was a lot better.

I ordered socks from them in early December under the false advertisement that they would be received before Christmas. I received fake shipping/tracking information a few days before Christmas leading me to think they were on the way. Tracking a few weeks later still shows no progress. Tried emailing customer service and got no response. There is no phone number that can be called for customer service. I will be contacting my credit card company to report fraudulent charges.
