I orderd my socks at 18/12 and I’m still waiting… so not amuzed at all!

I love it! Very happy the way it looks and feels.

Unfortunately it took almost a month to get them. The graphic is nice but not in love with the material used for the socks and the blanket- but maybe that is what has to be used in order to get the clear graphic

I placed an order for two blankets. I received a reasonable deliverable date in time for Christmas. That didn’t happen but that was okay. What has been completely unacceptable is since then, the date keeps getting pushed back a day indicating it will arrive by 9pm that day. It doesn’t happen and the date just gets pushed back one day. This has happened about SIX times! The site now says arrival by 9pm today - 1/4!!!!! WHERE IS MY PRODUCT! Love the experience last year that’s why I ordered again this year. Probably won’t be ordering again.

Item not received after 1 month. No one answered at my email. No help desk or infomation.

still not delivered It's been 2 months since I placed my order which was supposed to arrive within 10 business days.

The blanket was awesome! I uploaded five photos, and I made sure to put in my requests to the blanket editor. It came out just how I wanted. It is super soft, but the print is really really clear. Now half of my family wants one of their own pets. Given the times of Covid, the shipping was still pretty good. They communicated clearly, and I got plenty of updates, and they made it really easy to follow links to your tracking. Totally worth it for a custom piece.

Ordered 19 days before Xmas for a present. Here is sit, 4 Jan 2022, no socks, no update on my order after sending 5 messages to customer service. Order Tracker shows my order as "In Production" and has been that way since the day after i place my order. Very happy to take my money and not send me my product. Disgusting. Never use this service!
