Placed an order December 12 and still…
Placed an order December 12 and still haven't received the product. On their website, the order is still listed as "processing". Emails to their support bounces. I disputed the payment with Mastercard and they returned the money. Don't buy from this store!

I bought the blanket as a gift and it was great! Good quality. It did take longer than I thought to receive it but it all worked out. I was told 7-10 days & it was 13. Thank you for a wonderful product...... very cool idea!

Socks not only late, but wrong.
My socks arrived after Christmas (I ordered 5 weeks in advance). When the socks did arrive, I didn't get my my custom order--they were random dog socks. Tried numerous times to contact customer service through the website, to no avail. Really disappointed because they would have made an excellent gift. I hope that they can come through with a refund.
