I was given the incorrect information on previous calls

Sunwave made enrollment very easy. Re-enrollment was fine as well, letter was very clear on what would happen when.

2 years in a row I have chosen Sunwave as my energy supplier because not only did they have the best price but also generate power from renewable sources.

I have been very pleased as to the upfront notices and the actual decrease in my electrical rate since my first experience in having Sunwave as my electricity supplier. Very impressed with their professionalism and their honest approach to keeping the cost of electricity in CT at a more reasonable rate as opposed to UI.

Would like to see pricing a bit more competitive, but the Customer Service reps and Customer Service Manager are both excellent, personable and extremely helpful!
