Very misleading website with huge "Gov swift," plastered all over it, targeting trusting people into believing this is the official government ESTA website. Do not use. Charged an extra $143 AUD on top of ESTA fee with no checkbox to tick stating the customer understands that this is a third party site and would be charged this extra amount.

It was quick, seamless and efficient

My experience with ESTA service has been amazing. The website and application was really friendly and easy to navigate and to get my application done really quickly. I was notified step by step reassuringly so I never felt stressed about the outcome or when would I get it. At the end, I got my ESTA and received clear instructions as to how to proceed. Very happy with the service.

The layout was clear and easy to use. The whole process was fairly quick and simple. The follow-up emails were reassuring. I gave the experience only 4 stars because I couldn't easily find how much my application would cost.
