They are ripping off people, plain and simple.

This is my first buy at GPLPlus. So far so good. I bought Elementor Pro without life-time update just to check if everything works fine until next year. If it does, I'd like to buy life-time update if it can be purchased separately in addition to my already purchased Elementor Pro.

It is not fake but you wont be sure if downloaded plugins will work or not until you test it. I've subscribed for a month, succesfully installed many plugins. Had issues in few of them. I would rate this site between 3-4 (but neither 3 nor 4)
