Super fast and everything was correct

I ordered from Grabull thinking that I was ordering from one of my favorite pizza places in Malden. Their website was catalinapizzamalden.com which redirected to Grabull's website. I would have never ordered from them if I knew the correct website was catalinapizza.com. Besides copying websites, they also have hidden fees that you don't see until after you place the order. The person who delivers my order never called me so it was sitting outside in the cold. I had to warm the pizza up myself. Due to the fact that your app does not have tracking, calling is the only way to receive notification that the order has arrived. When I called customer service, they were rude and did not offer any compensation for this delivery error. I actually got hung up on for asking. Please do not order from this place as they are using extremely shady marketing practices to do business.

My order was on time!

The website was easy to use and had a convenient area under each ordered item to add comments. This allowed me to add a pizza topping that was not listed but was available. The checkout process was also simple and fast.

I love their food, and the people are very nice and respectful
