The crew and all staff involved were excellent. The process was smooth, everyone was very professional and handled my family belongings with care. As this was an international moving, I was very worried that items could disappear, specially since I was moving an entire house. Everything was properly accounted for and delivered safe and sound. Only 4 furniture items were damaged during transport, which can happen when there are hundreds of boxes involved.

Terrible I would put in negative stars, my move got delayed 1 month. I understand logistics constraints but shipping my belongings by mistake to South Carolina instead if California is unheard of.

Dear Joaquin, I know this is very frustrating and trying time for you as a customer, and for that I apologize. Please know that our team has been working to resolve it. This is an isolated case, but and we are reviewing the whole process to make sure it doesn't happen again in the future.

I've always heard about Granero, either because of the commercials or because I hear good things about it. I hired Granero to make my move from Florida to Italy and from the beginning the service was perfect. Valeria Kleinubing was amazing, very professional and was always available on the phone providing lots of information even outside of her business hours. Secondly, Patrícia Martins was also very attentive and carried out her mission responsibly. The partner used in Italy was well chosen, Massimiliano Vantini is an attentive and courteous professional. Everything worked great and I highly recommend Granero and Phoenix Relocation Group.

To Whom it may concerns'. I would like to thank you for Patricia Martins, who has been working with me, helping me to prepare for my moving from Florida to Brazil. She is very diligent, and has a lot of knowledge. The maze of moving over sea is not easy, but every time I reach out to her with my oblivious questions, she was quick to answer me and explain in minimums details which made my journey of moving over sea, very easy. She is wonderful and kind. Detail oriented, without lose the touch of someone who really cares.
