Placed an order for an item claimed to be in stock. A couple days later I receive an email saying I must contact THEIR payment processor, due to THEIR processor flagging it as possible fraud. My credit card was successfully charged, so obviously they knew there was no fraud. Despite this, I did contact their processor, as well as replied back directly to let everyone know there was no fraud. A day later they cancelled my order. Is this one of those companies who lists thousands of products that they never stock, just to collect email addresses for marketing? Who knows, since a representative never bothered to reply and explain.If you don't want hassles and wasted time, avoid this scam company.

I have gotten a few messages from your site, yet when I visited your site illustrations, it was truly amazing and I was intrigued with you, yet your administrations won't proceed because of your site's low speed.

I bought this to drill some (10) 3" holes in 3/4" plywood. This is a powerful drill than can break your arm or wrist if not used carefully. The enormous torque at low and very controllable rpm is a huge blessing. Also used to remove/install about 300 large bolts that secure our storm shutters (we live in Palm Beach Gardens FL) for the last hurricane. Proved invaluable. Just an excellent drill for WOODWORKING. Cons: Does NOT have the rpm's to drill steel. For some reason the chuck is more prone to moisture/tarnish (sort of on the edge of rust but not quite) than my 3/8" Makita or 1/4" Craftsman. It's not super heavy - i would recommend this drill! (Very large chuck key - easy on fingers - to easily secure bits)
