Too many phone calls for no reason. An email would elicit as much information and would not disturb business flow, poor estimation of time for follow up and deposit.
Response from Greenbox Capital· Jul 25, 2019
Hello, thank you for your feedback. Greenbox is committed to connecting with our clients using detailed and thorough communication. There are some conversations we believe are better communciated through a telephonic exchange rather than text. Time is of the essence when it comes to getting a small business the funding it needs to grow. We believe we are saving a business time and hassle by having clear, verbal conversations rather than waiting for an emailed response. Following up via phone saves time! However, we can appreciate that some of our clients may prefer email and are happy to accomodate. Speak with your Account Manager to communcate your preference and we will be happy to oblige. Thank you.

Good experience. They are super quick. I received a call from Elio within 5 min of submitting the form on the website. I had to then share my bank statements. I was given a quote within few hours. I was funded the next day. Elio called me at 9 am in the morning to inform me that the funds are sent. Good company. Good people. I recommend.

It's my second time of accessing funds from Green Capital and every experience is unique. This time, Fred Jones helped me through the process. Fred is an intrapreneur. He does his job like it his business. The process was seamless and the turnaround time was excellent. Every member of the team were very helpful. I recommend Green Capital to any business owner who need cash and have no time to shop around.
