Great customer service. Julian returned my phone call and helped with all my questions about a potential purchase despite him paying for the international charges. I've bought from Green Water before and will again.

Product was ok, however the shipping policy and COST was absolutely redicilous ... $35 dollars for a tiny part and $17 to ship ... never again !!

Hi Joel, we know our pricing engine for shipping costs is limited when it comes to the smaller items so we upgrade ground orders to 3-day shipping. Your package went Priority 3-Day and you will have it in 2 days. (UPDATE: we are in the process of making changes to our shipping system.) Thanks, Julian

Everything ok, I revived all items in time as you promised. 👍 Congrats!! FedEx delivered the package in a wrong address, finally I got it, but the problem was fedex, not you.
