I can't recommend Green Water Sports and Julian enough. I had a warrantee issue on a new board, and he went to bat for me with the manufacturer. When the manufacturer could not come through with a direct replacement - he worked a deal on another brand. Not sure how many internet dealers would have done the same. Great communication, fast shipping and good prices - I'll definitely buy from them in the future.

Fast shipping. I called and asked if the fin would fit my board. It did. Very happy with purchase.

Gave me the wrong tracking number. Wrote them an email and no one contacted me in regards to their mistake. In order to find out tracking had to go on website and figure it out. Customer service isn't their focus. Update: Talked with a Julian soon after review and he forwarded me an email of a response. Not sure what happen to the original but life happens. Also the quick response wasn't through only email, but through text messages too. Appreciate Green Water Sports being able to ship to a military address. Thank you for the redemption.
