Very good experience throughout the purchase process. Customer service was very friendly and professional.

The kettle grill that I ordered arrived with damage to the main base and a damaged lid handle. I called customer service and they instructed me to take a picture of the damage and email it to them. They informed me that I would hear from them within twenty four to forty eight hours. After three days, I called customer service again and inquired on the status of my claim. I was told that they did receive it and were awaiting for a response from the manufacturer. I was told that Anna would get back to me within twenty four to forty eight hours. Several days have passed and I still haven't received anything. I understand that resolving the issue would take several days, but sending me an email letting me know what the status is would have been nice. All I wanted was to be kept informed and not kept in the dark. At this point, I'm out money and stuck with a damaged grill. I'm so disappointed

I found Grill Collection by doing a general internet search for some accessories for my Napoleon grill. Price was good and the whole order process went smooth.

Napoleon Prestige Pro 665 grill looks to be defective. I am awaiting the manufacturer to send replacement parts for me to disassemble my grill and figure out. Interior lights and igniter for side burner/upper burner/smoker tube isn't working. Disappointed considering how much I paid for a grill.

Great service. Order was delayed due to manufacture delays, but they communicated all changes throughout the process.
