Client ordered from Dubai, and their local postal service does not scan the barcode on the package. If they don't scan the barcode there is no way we can track it from the USA. We are very transparent on our website on the Terms & Conditions page specifically regarding International shipping: https://gripads.com/terms-conditions/: INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We ship worldwide via USPS (US Postal Service) by default, with First Class Mail or Priority Mail; depending on order size. If you would like to ship via UPS, FedEx, or DHL, please contact us before placing an order to get a quote. We have no control over the efficiency of any International postal services. Some postal services in foreign countries do not scan the bar-code on packages, which will make some orders untrackable once they leave the USA. We take no responsibility for lost shipments to International destinations if shipped via USPS. No funds will be refunded, unless the package is returned back to our warehouse, in which case, shipping and restocking fees will be deducted from your refund. There are delivery companies that offer shipping of online orders to domestic addresses within the USA.
