Had exactly what I wanted and needed and it was shipped so fast. Absolutely fantastic customer service.

Great product, great service.

Came quickly and accurately. Great price!

Altra Lone Peak 4.0 were the best price I could find. The shoes were delivered quickly and all in good order.

Order was cancelled! No problem with refund!

Shoes took a little longer to get in the mail than I was anticipating but I'm very happy with the shoes!

Sent pair of child plastic crappy shoes instead of Duckfeet boots! But Kristen refunded right away! Thank you Kristen! But now I can’t find the color I wanted in my size.

The order went through but I was unable to use a visa gift card because it didn’t have my name on it. I was able to use it on amazon later. When entering the delivery address it kept defaulting to my home address rather than the address that I would be staying at for the holidays, necessitating several re-tries. Otherwise it went well
