Bell. Bell made my experience great. She quickly took the details of my issue and communicated with technical support. Easy-to-understand instructions were given for troubleshooting and the problem was solved: don't partake in a bowl of fresh tomatoes before you set your AirCubes up; you might install your float switches upside down causing one of your pumps to not work. 😆

Sadie was absolutely amazing. I have read through many of the “how-to” and I believe I ended up having even more questions. All of my questions were answered and frames of references were given to further indulge my reading. I had a few other administrative things to accomplish on the sight and Sadie walked me through it all. Absolutely amazing customer service, Growace has a life long customer! I wish this was every company’s policy and service, extremely appreciative!!!
