Was very pleased with the process

From the salesman to the installers everything went great.

The installers were good, however the person who called to set the time was not helpful and gave inaccurate information. We never got a finalized receipt that we could submit to consumers energy or DTE for a possible rebate. The lack of communication is horrible and to get this survey now 3 months after the service was completed is kinda crazy.

Very happy with the windows. Absolutely love the tint on the windows. We were very impressed with the gentleman, that installed the windows. He was a very hard worker and did and excellent job.

Worst customer service ever. My family was lied to and scammed.

Good repair time & good service

They broke contract. We’re very rude. Lied. In no way was it good

We change the roof in 2017 and had really bad experience and do not recommend to anybody. The price was higher than any other company that I compared so I thought they will do good job! No ! No! No. they use subcontractors that roofer had very little experience and some of them no experience. Contractor charge me 1 kitchen vent for $170 that sales man didn’t explain me before that I could buy it from anywhere for $49.99 .when I call my sales man he said he could not do anything but I said you didn’t tell before!!!!!! So do not recommend this company
