Really easy to ordered, shipped fast, arrived in perfect condition and was exactly what I had ordered. Great experience.

Tracking didn't happen. Couldn't tell where my order was. No one responds to your email. No one answers your phone call, nor responds to your voice mail. Thought I was getting scammed for a minute there. Then I was asked to give a review, and when I did, the co. argued with me and implied that I was lying, which I'm not. What I said is true. They only responded to my email after I made a comment on Instagram (a public site). I can prove the tracking issue. I have screen shots. But the purse is beautiful!

Purchase was incredibly easy to make. Item was shipped next day and arrived very timely. Product was exactly as described.
