Have 3 cats and they all love different sections of the tree. It’s also large enough for all 3 to play on together. We’ve been using it for a few weeks now and it’s super sturdy, cleans easily and was super easy to put together

Horrible return policy. They don’t help with shipping and only give you three days to return. Customer service is trash too. Sad to see that a company like this have antiquated policies.

My cats absolutely love this tree! The moment we put it up they were on it. I love how it looks in our home and get compliments every time we have people over.

I love the cat tower its so cute and soft! Very easy to assemble too. It took a weirdly long time for my cat foot mat to arrive; like weeks longer than the tower. However this is my only complaint at this time
