Customer service is excellent, however I was lead to believe my business could accept HSA health savings cards when I signed up with Harbortouch. This is NOT the case. I've asked them for assistance and am told they don't have the capability. It is beyond my comprehension that POS systems today can't process all types of cards.

I have submitted on two separate occasions to remove Mr. Anderson Wigley from Harbortouch acct. I have provided his CA Driver's License and the form. I've ordered supplies through HT and now I have been flagged because I am not Mr. Wigley when I am one of the owners on the account.

Technical support is very difficult. Wait times when you are running a business is not good. Need a on site visit from time to time to verify equipment status!

The system is capable of many functions that are convenient for inventory control but the billing has to be watched, as does the merchant services for frequent accounting errors and slow to no follow through in correction.

We feel like we were over promised during the sales pitches, and under delivered to during install and since. We do accept some responsibility for not being as available for the trainings and such, and we haven't yet voiced many of our issues due to timing constraints. However, being a part of the service industry, your company should logically be cognizant as well as proactive about the timing involved in the customer service industry.
