Did not have any issues loading money or withdrawals. Initially I was doing very nice with playing the slot games. I even won enough to have to do a W-9 form. Betting mainly at $5 per bet. After that though I encountered numerous screen glitches and freezes. And when that happens all you can do is start all over. It doesn't start you out at the point you were at when the glitch or screen freeze occurred. Have lost thousands since mainly to constantly getting the glitch or screen freeze. Don't recommend using the APP. Made management aware.

Online Slot review... Don't waste your time and money. I did't have any issues with depositing my money. But I only transfered $20 at a time. Slots DO NOT PAY OUT. Sure, they pay well when you use Hard Rock promotional money. It was exciting. Once you are up on their dime, you cannot withdraw ANY MONEY, until your balance drops to the initial mount. Its not a win since you cannot withdraw it. Once the promotional money is slowly gone, the slots cease to win. I can accept losing my money. But I do expect it to take a while. Your deposit will be gone quicker than you can say "holy S@it". THAT IS NOT FUN.

Monday night football Mike Evans and Terry mclaurin both left the game with injuries in the first half and they are the only app that didn't void them off so I just lost my money again. I visit the casino on a fairly regular basis to play slot machines. I downloaded Hardrock bet, deposited $100 and all went smoothly on my Galaxy s22. I was very disappointed with the games. Not the same as in the asino. The minimum bet was $2 and I went through that hundred in about 5 minutes. Next day tried another $100 and didn't last 5 minutes. Games are nothing like the casino even in names Action and return to player was poor for me. I uninstalled the app and chalked my loss up to my own stupidity. Games were not stimulating like the casino in person. After reading other reviews I can say I had no issues with the operation of the site, but never got a chance to collect. I did not like that they store your debit card info and I had to lock out my card to feel safe before uninstalling the app. Not the same as going to a casino and not the same machines you hear advertised. Very disappointing.

Hard Rock Bet is the only sportsbook I've used that doesn't void player when injured, and it's an unfair policy. If every leg of my parlay hits except one involving a player who got hurt, that player should be voided and the payout adjusted, just like other platforms do. Hard Rock is a massively profitable company, and it has no reason to hold onto this practice other than to squeeze a little more out of its customers. Keeping winnings on a technicality like this comes across as plain greed. This has been a frustrating experience, and I expect many bettors will move to sportsbooks with fairer, more customer-focused policies.
