$3 for 6 plastic clips, $10 shipping. What the heck.
Response from Hardware Decor· Mar 27, 2026
Hi Paul! We completely agree! We are currently looking at other shipping options to get those lowered. Thank you for your feedback.

I was disappointed to get silver screws with black clothes rods. Also, some basic instructions either with them or at least available online on height and distance from the wall seems basic. Otherwise, the products themselves were great. Update following the reply: Your email has 3 resources for determining cut length. Still nothing to show how far off the floor or how far FROM the wall they should be mounted. It's just a recommendation to have some recommended guidelines for these measurements.

Hi Dallas! This morning I sent over an email with a bunch of our Help Articles on how to install all our items. You must of not seen that section on our website. I linked everything for you. Thanks!

Hi Russ! So sorry you had a late delivery from USPS. Wish I had more control over that, I hate when my packages run late too!

Product is as good, as expected. Terrible customer service, you call them and the answering system says we do not accept call or something like that, you can't even leave a voicemail. Emailed them via their website, got no response. My issue was i had one of the rods had scratches on it when we pulled out of the plastic, and tried to contact them if we can get a replacement, couldn't get hold of anybody. I needed the product so just ordered another one. Shipping is expensive.

Hi Jerry! I actually do remember responding to your email. Sorry if you did not see my response. Sorry your rod had a scratch I do remember you emailing me about it and I never heard back from you. I can definitely have our phone lines checked cause we defiantly have a voicemail box. Thanks!

The service was quick and professional. I ordered satin brass closet rods with rod holders. The color of the rods was different than those of rod ends. The rod holders were the color that I actually wanted.

Hi RP, thank you for the review. Yes, it is hard to have flanges and closet rod match exactly unless it is Polished Chrome or Matte Black, due to the fact they are made out of different material and have a different manufacturing process.

Order was initially incorrect - transposed quantities on two similiar items. Had to reorder. The process was complicated by the holidays. Ultimately they made it right. I received a refund yesterday for my re-ordered part.
