The knife sharpeners unique design takes the guesswork out of knife sharpening. I thought a couple of my knives were pretty sharp, until I sharpened them with my new Hatori sharpener and their both worked so much better. Glad I bought one.

Attractive, well made items arrived in beautiful, practical container in which I continue to store sharpener when not in use. I have been working on sharpening my various kitchen knIves and cleavers, and they are getting sharper and easier (and safer) to use. Surely purchasing this "kit" has been an excellent investment! Q: serrated knives? Ceramic blades?
