Customer is service a joke, just ignore you. I’ve had hayu a year with a few issues but nothing I couldn’t live with. Now I’m signed in but it only shows trailers and tells me to subscribe. I’m Cancelling, been ignored for to long. How can such a great app be run so poorly, gutted shame on hayu !

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!! They took my money, blocked me out of my account and no emailed to reset my password. You can only end subscription when your signed in. ABSOLUTE SCAM!! Thankfully I was able to put a block on payments through the bank.

Honestly one of the worst apps I’ve ever used! The sound never syncs to the video I have to refresh the page at least 10 times per episode. I’ve cancelled my subscription because it’s such a waste of money

Quiet literally the most garbage app on the planet. Pretty much 9/1 odds of the show you select to work..

I think it’s a great app..and I am enjoying watching programmes… the only problem I have had is when it says “none of the available releses match the specified asset type protection scheme and format preferences when I finish a episode and try and get into the next. Does anyone know what it means? Thanks in advance

worst streaming service ever, constantly glitches and makes the sounds out of sync from the mouths moving. it also charged me £5 for the 7 day free trial ! definitely won’t be buying this.
