Love the choice of programmes but it crashes so much - disappointing!

The site barely ever works smh. They need to do something, not only is their site rubbish on apps, it's even worse on your pc. I spend a good ten minutes troubleshooting before I can even get the show to play

Cancelled my subscription which I never asked for at 17:25. Was resubscribed at 19:30. Just went into chat to re-unsubscribe. Who are these people. Take my money twice in a day and now I have to wait a week to get it back. Sheisters.

App has a few glitches and doesn't update as it should. Need to keep pairing app on firestick. But apart from that hayu is ok. I dont get where all these people are saying it is so hard to cancel, Just click payment details, its not hard, 2 year old could manage it, Hayu even offer you 2 free months to stay and not cancel membership. Overall the app is very basic with a few glitches and doesn't keep app paired to device, could do with being overhauled or at the least updated but dont think their current guys are up to the task, shame as basics is there but fails to perform once passed the home page
