I really enjoyed the format. Although my class was very small, we still did a break out room and was able to have everyone give their input and opinions. The instructor was very engaging.

My employer had me register for this course, as I am new to my current office. This was an intensive 2-day online interactive course, that contained a lot of information. The instructor was excellent, and covered the material in an instructive and engaging way. Best of all, I was able to pass the exam, and now have my certification!

I've learned a ton through the courses provided by HCI, they have some of the best instructors I've worked with. They use real world experience and trainings that will make you think outside the box and help you think through problems that'll help your organization. I've had the pleasure of meeting some of the best professionals through the courses and it's helped me network and continue to learn. I will highly recommend to my colleagues.

The content was helpful and they provided some great ideas. I had a hard time finding the information to join the breakout sessions and was not able to locate the comment box to even ask for assistance. Some instruction on navigating the platform would be nice for first time attendees.

I thoroughly enjoyed the Fireside Chat with Sheryl and Rachel. They offered so many different perspectives on what onboarding should look like, and I found it so engaging. I am excited about some improvement opportunities I feel that we could potentially implement at OPG.

Diverse backgrounds from presenters made it very insightful. Definitively a very good use of my time. I liked the short sessions with quick cafe sessions to follow up with speakers.
