The course materials were very comprehensive. The facilitator made everyone at ease and many of us had not used the Adobe tool for virtual meetings. One area of opportunity is that the slides had changed from those that some of us had printed making the following along for notes purposes a little difficult at times.

Phil Fenech was a highly informed and most engaging instructor who connected with each participant and artfully managed the course curriculum, while enriching the material with his own professional experiences. The course was masterfully organized, delivered, and every bit as effective as the courses I had experienced in my graduate degree program. Kudos to HCI and Phil !

Excellent training. Had my hesitations with doing this type of class virtually, but HCI and Meghan did an incredible job making adaptations class using the Adobe Connect platform.

I really enjoy the webcasts they provide. They are filled with lots of current statistics and thought provoking philosophies to help better guide HR in managing people.
